Quilting

Cost: $40
Simple Treasures (66" x 80") - This quilt is simple to make and a joy to look at. Look for a feature fabric that cuts well into 7 ½” squares and three coordinating/contrasting fabrics to bring out the main colors in your feature fabric. Supply needs and details provided upon registration for class.
Somatic Yoga

Through slow, gentle movements, this somatic class will help reduce chronic tension in the body due to stress or pain. This class helps to reset the nervous system to offer a calm body and steady mind by repatterning the mind-to-muscles connection. This class is relaxing and good for all ages.
Supplies needed:
- Yoga mat

- Thin blanket
Beginning Yoga Flow

Creative Writing

Improve your creative writing skills across fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry! Engage in a community of other writers and receive personal feedback on your work. Laptop or pen and paper needed.
Civility: Ways We Can All Make Things Better

In a time when public life feels increasingly divided, this workshop explores practical ways individuals and community leaders can restore civility, build trust, and make things better—one conversation at a time. Drawing on decades of public service experience and the principles of hope, gratitude, and service, participants will examine the patterns that erode civic life and discover the tools to interrupt them. Whether you serve on a city council, volunteer in your community, or simply want to be a better neighbor, this course will leave you equipped and encouraged to lead with courage and compassion.
This workshop will originate in Brigham City and broadcast to Tremonton.
Intro to Macarons
