Children engage in age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, such as art, literacy, science, block play, and outdoor time (daily, weather permitting).

Immunizations

Immunizations must be current before attendance begins. A copy of your child's immunization record will need to be submitted.

  • Coordinator Cheryl Preece-Smith has a B.S. in Family & Consumer Science Education, an Infant/Toddler Endorsement, is a Trauma Informed Care Certified Provider, and has over 30 years of experience working with children and families. She has led Little Brigham Aggies since 2014.
  • All staff complete state background checks, CPR/First Aid, and required childcare trainings.

Children must stay home (or be picked up) if they have fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious infections (e.g., pink eye, strep, chickenpox), or other state excluded conditions. Notify the coordinator if your child contracts a contagious illness.

Only lifesaving medications (e.g., EpiPens, inhalers) are allowed with a signed form, original labeled container, and staff/family training. Parents must administer all other medications.
