Monument View Hall is a newer residence hall with suite-style set up with four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchenette in each suite.

Each room contains:
2 twin XL beds (1 in private rooms)

Bathroom Furnishings
Each suite has two bathrooms. Each bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and a toilet, which are shared by the students living in that suite.
Other Features
All rooms have a kitchenette which includes a full-size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, cupboards, and drawers and an elevated table with two bar stools. Rooms have wireless internet connectivity, window blinds, and carpeted floors. Each room has its own thermostat to control the updated heating and cooling units in each hall. A key card is necessary to gain entrance to the hall, and each room has its own key for added security. There are group study rooms and lounges, a ping pong table, and community kitchen.
