Who are the Founders Committee & Sponsors

The mission of the Center for Entrepreneurship is to teach the skills of entrepreneurial leadership to all students at Utah State University. These skills include creativity, innovation, problem-solving, perseverance, business model creation, resourcefulness, team building, funding, marketing, value creation, and exceptional service. These leadership skills are taught through state-of-the-art courses and world-class co-curricular activities such as lectures, workshops, competitions, mentoring, and internships. Our students learn that the skills of entrepreneurial leadership are the keys to building successful organizations, growing the economy, and excelling in a career.

The mission of our Founders Committee & Sponsors is to help Utah State University students from all departments create successful and sustainable businesses.

How to Join our Founders Committee & Sponsors

If you’re interested in providing mentoring and networking opportunities for our students and are passionate about entrepreneurship, we invite you to become a member of the Founders Board. Members make an annual contribution of $500-$1,000 which supports student scholarships, programs and competitions sponsored by The Bingham Center for Entrepreneurship.

How Founders Participate

There are a variety of ways for founders to get involved. Some include:

  • Speaking in classes as a guest lecturer
  • Serving as a competition judge
  • Mentoring students in the Entrepreneurship Club
  • Providing internship opportunities
  • Attending networking events
  • Offering input and feedback on our program
  • Participating in the SEED program
