Biography

Cara Murray is a Professional Practice Extension Assistant Professor. Her work focuses on improving community health and wellbeing through evidence-based education and collaborative, community-driven programming. She leads multiple initiatives centered on nutrition security, behavioral health, prevention education, digital literacy, and youth empowerment.
