Technical Education

Real World Skills

Technical Education provides students access to high-quality, career-focused programs that result in a university certificate with value in the job market.

Some Technical Education programs may be completed in one semester, while others can be completed in two semesters or more. Technical Education gives students the option to continue on to earn an associate or bachelor’s degree from Utah State University.

Save Time and Money. Start During High School.

Many of the Technical Education programs, like Automotive Technology, Digital Design, Web Business, and Engineering Drafting and Design, are available to start in high school through Concurrent Enrollment.

By taking Concurrent Enrollment classes in high school, you shorten the time you'll need to earn a college degree. Plus, Concurrent Enrollment courses cost a fraction of what it would cost to take them after high school.
